Freeze-Dried Shiitake Powder

Freeze-Dried Shiitake powder is one of my ingredients to add to rice, veggies, soups, stews, sauces, you name it, I am adding my Shiitake Powder. I add it mt spns rice and he has no idea he's eating mushrooms. I usually just add it to the rice cooker. A little bit goes a long way. These mushrooms are organically grown in Sonoma County.
